Public Perception on Services Provided by Lushnja Municipality and ZRPP

A final major event was held on the 16th of September 2011 with local stakeholders of Lushnja for the presentation of general elements of the project, findlings through the Citizens Report Card. In the course of the meeting were identified the needs of the local stakeholders both at public level as service providers and also at community level as service recipients. Constructive discussions were held to improve the communication levels through transparent measures with regard to provision of information for the public.
