IPA: 2024 MONITORING: Assessment of Albania in the area(s) of: Multilevel governance, Public Finance Management and public procurement

The overall aim is to ensure as complete as possible information on the situation of public administration in Albania in line with the Principles of Public Administration.

Assessment of Albania in the area(s) of: Multilevel governance, Public Finance Management and public procurement to:

(i) Identify and upload publicly available documents and insert available data and statistics specified by SIGMA to the online system (PAR.IS) (pre-filling);

(ii) Produce a list of legislation, regulations and policies needed for the assessment and identify those that (a) have changed since the last assessment in 2021, (b) have not changed since the last assessment ;

(iii) Assist the administration in providing data to answer SIGMA’s questions
