Modernization of the Civil Registration and Address systems

The overall goal of the project is to provide specific expert advice to the General Directorate of Civil Status of the Ministry of the Interior of Albania (GDCS) on aspects of drafting the project document, focusing on systemic issues such as administrative procedures, management and accountability lines.

Specific Objectives

• Advise the General Directorate of Civil Status of the Ministry of the Interior of Albania (GDCS) on cooperation with other Albanian stakeholder institutions.
• Advise the GDCS on the format and requirements for public sector project documents in relation to the project for the modernization of the civil registration and address systems in the Republic of Albania
