Strengthening the capacity of Albanian institutions for participation in EU Union Programmes

The global objective is to increase Albania's participation in Union Programmes as measured by numbers of applications and rates of success. The specific objective of this contract is to strengthen the capacity of competent national institutions to achieve improved levels of participation of Albania in Union Programmes where an Agreement with the European Commission has been concluded and is in force.

Results to be achieve:

1. Strengthened capacity of the MEFA / NIPAC Support Office to act as National Coordinator of Union Programmes in Albania.

2. Strengthened capacity of National Contact Points to autonomously discharge their duties with respect to Union Programmes, including in terms of their ability to develop the capacities of potential applicants and to ensure the visibility of Union Programmes.
