Detailed description of the project:

Provision of support to the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities (MoLSAEO), including the Department for Equal Opportunities and Family Policies for the implementation of the developed Plan of Measures for non-discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity (2012-2014).

Main activities:
• An assessment of the feasibility and relevance of the Plan of Measures developed by MoLSAEO vis-à-vis Swedish support
• Recommendations on the modality of potential support in the area of LGBT.

Conduct desk studies and provide input for the development of methodology and data collection tools and contribute to analysis and drafting of report, incl. revisions of final report on the basis of feedback from the Embassy of Sweden in Tirana
